January 23rd - 26th
Winter Walking Weekend in the lake district. Fully booked but contact Steve Shipston for any last minute spaces.
January 24th
MNRC Burns Night Supper
This has now become an annual event. Based loosly on the Scots tradition, there is usually a good selection of Malts from around the Highlands and Islands along with Haggis and the trimmings. Our resident Scot has even been know to read some dodgy poetry. Contact PaulG.
The most important day in the club year. This is where you get to have your say about how the club is run.
In the evening of course is the club dinner. Traditionally this is when the members slough of their cacoons and emerge in posh togs as elegant butterflys.
Unfortunatly, the metaphore continues as it only last for 1 day.
